A well-established organization is seeking a Head of Information Technology (IT) to lead its enterprise-wide IT strategy, systems development, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient, and future-ready technology operations across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the companys overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the management of IT operations, infrastructure, systems architecture, software applications, and cybersecurity.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital tools, process automation, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, POS, HRIS).
• Ensure robust IT governance, data security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team across application development, network operations, and technical support.
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess technology needs and deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters or MBA is a plus).
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, ERP systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Strong background in digital transformation and IT project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in retail, real estate, mall operations, or similar large-scale, multi-site environments is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with industry-standard platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
