Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an IT Director to steer technology strategy and drive innovation across the organization. The role requires extensive IT management experience, strategic planning, and strong leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.

The successful candidate will oversee ERP/CRM, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and BI capabilities while leading an IT team and managing budgets, vendors, and contracts. This is a senior leadership position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership and vendor management.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM, cloud, cybersecurity.

• Develop and execute IT and digital strategy aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, strategic planning, and team leadership, ensuring that their technology initiatives align with business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute the IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee sales force territory analysis system, ERP, CRM, finance, HRIS, and business applications.
• Ensure high availability of infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user support.
• Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
• Manage IT governance, budgets, vendors, contracts, and software licensing.
• Deliver business intelligence, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Lead IT team development and project management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 15 years progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or regulated industries advantaged.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data analytics, and project management.
