Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead the technology function and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. The role reports to the CFO and covers IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, software development, and operations.

The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with strong business acumen, capable of building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support organizational growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience leading enterprise IT teams.
Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, ERP systems, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting shared services or multi-business organizations is an advantage.
MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
Lead IT operations, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and software development.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and technology modernization.
Establish IT governance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security best practices.
Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and support business goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage IT vendors, technology investments, and the department's annual budget.
