Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in programme or project management within ICT or related industry.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-project programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering programmes on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP, PMI-PgMP or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute programme strategies aligned to objectives.
• Oversee interconnected projects and manage dependencies.
• Develop programme documentation including business cases and plans.
• Manage budgets and resources; forecast costs; optimise allocation.
• Establish KPIs and metrics; monitor programme success.
• Lead cross-functional teams; ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks with contingency plans.
• Stakeholder engagement andReporting on progress, issues, benefits.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in delivery.
• Mentor junior programme and project staff.
