• Knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP, PMI-PgMP or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA or Smartsheet.

About the role

NCS Philippines is seeking an Associate Program Director (Program Management) to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee complex programme initiatives within our Information and Communication Technology division. As Associate Program Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position represents a significant opportunity for a seasoned programme management professional to make a strategic impact across our organisation and contribute to the successful execution of key corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute programme strategies in alignment with organisational objectives, ensuring clear scope definition and measurable outcomes

• Oversee multiple interconnected projects within the programme, ensuring coordination, dependencies are managed, and integrated delivery is achieved

• Develop and maintain comprehensive programme documentation, including business cases, programme plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication strategies

• Manage programme budgets and resources, tracking expenditure, forecasting costs, and optimising resource allocation across projects

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure programme success and ensure accountability

• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across all programme workstreams

• Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies as required

• Conduct regular stakeholder engagement and reporting, providing transparent communication on programme progress, issues, and benefits realisation

• Drive process improvements and best practice adoption within programme delivery methodologies

• Mentor and develop junior programme and project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of experience in programme or project management within the ICT sector or related industry

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, complex programmes with multiple projects and stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of programme management frameworks and methodologies (such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI-PgMP, or equivalent)

• Proven track record of delivering programmes on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Advanced proficiency in programme management tools and software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure

• Certification in programme management (MSP, PRINCE2 Programme Management, or PMI-PgMP) is highly preferred

• Experience working in multicultural environments and leading geographically dispersed teams is advantageous

• Sound understanding of risk management, financial management, and benefits realization principles
