Job summary

NCS Group seeks an Associate Program Director to own and govern multiple technology programs, ensuring strategic alignment, on-time delivery, and financial performance within a PHP 500M revenue context. The role drives client engagements, governance, and continuous improvement across delivery streams.

You will lead senior teams, manage risks and escalations, and report to leadership and clients. A strong PM/ITIL background with stakeholder management is essential for success in this senior role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s/MBA an advantage.
• ITIL 4 and PMP certification required.
• 10–12 years in IT, with 6–8 years in project/program/service delivery roles.
• Minimum 2–3 years managing multiple projects/programs or large delivery streams.
• Experience in SDLC, service delivery operations, and program governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple projects within assigned accounts.
• Establish and enforce program governance, delivery cadence, reporting, escalation paths.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects to operations and BAU environments.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, margins, and delivery quality.
• Lead senior client engagements and executive communications.
• Identify and manage cross-project risks and changes.
• Mentor project managers and delivery leads; drive performance.
