Job summary

i4 Asia Incorporated is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge sales and technical teams, crafting IT solutions aligned with client needs. You will deliver product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and support POC activities to drive successful engagements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, IT Support, or a related technical role.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, ITSM, workflow automation, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with platforms such as monday.com, Freshworks, Freshservice, Freshchat, or similar business software solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, networking, or system architecture.
• Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements, business challenges, and technical needs.
• Design and recommend IT solutions based on client requirements, budget, and business objectives.
• Prepare solution presentations and other supporting documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Act as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales process.
• Assist in proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and evaluation of proposed solutions when required.
• Stay updated on the company’s products, IT solutions, software platforms, and relevant industry technologies.
• Assist in the transition of won projects from the Sales/Pre-Sales stage to the implementation or delivery team.
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, solution designs, proposals, and technical documentation.
