Job summary

i4 Asia Incorporated is seeking a client-facing professional to support partner training, deliver product demos, and address technical concerns for enterprise clients in a hybrid Manila setup. The role includes conducting user trainings, translating business requirements into use cases, and documenting enterprise implementations.

The ideal candidate will navigate client relationships, perform on-site visits as needed (2–3 days on-site), and ensure successful deployment and knowledge transfer

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Attend partner training and certifications
• Provide a demo or presentation to the client
• Attend to the client's technical concerns regarding the related product
• Conduct user training on how to use the product
• Set up and implement the business requirements and use cases of the client
• Create documentation for the Enterprise-level setup and implementation
