Job summary

Rite Products, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Aircon (HVAC) Technician to lead field operations and supervise a crew across commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of VRF/VRV, chillers, PACU, and ductwork, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires strong electrical diagnostic skills, proficiency with DDC/BMS, and hands-on experience in piping, brazing, testing, and refrigerant handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, chillers, PACU, ducting, and multi-split units.
• Read electrical schematics, diagnose control wiring, and handle DDC/BMS systems.
• Perform copper piping, brazing, vacuuming, leak testing, and refrigerant handling.
• Lead and supervise crew members, train junior technicians, delegate tasks, and perform quality checks.
• Draft site survey reports, estimate materials, and explain technical issues to clients.
• Adhere to DOLE-OSHC safety standards, proper PPE, and safe chemical handling.
