Rite Products, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Aircon (HVAC) Technician to carry lead responsibilities, manage team operations, handle complex commercial or industrial systems, and ensure strict adherence to safety standards.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including VRF/VRV systems, centralized water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, precision AC units (PACU), ducting systems, and multi-split inverter units
Perform advanced electrical schematic reading, control wiring diagnosis, inverter board repair, and handling Direct Digital Control (DDC) or Building Management Systems (BMS)
Execute copper pipe flaring, hard/soft brazing, vacuuming, leak testing, and refrigerant recovery/recharging
Replace fan motors, electronic and mechanical components, perform chemical washing, and service condenser/evaporator coils
Lead and supervise crew members, train junior technicians, delegate tasks, and conduct quality checks on completed work
Draft site survey reports, estimate materials, and explain technical issues clearly to clients
Ensure strict adherence to DOLE-OSHC safety standards, proper PPE usage, and safe chemical/refrigerant handling
High school graduate or Senior High School (Industrial Arts Track) with Vocational Diploma / Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (RAC/HVAC) or BS in Industrial Technology (Major in RAC)
TESDA National Certificate III RAC Servicing (Commercial Air Conditioning / PACU / CRE) – highly required or preferred
TESDA National Certificate II RAC Servicing (DomRAC) – minimum baseline certification
Valid Professional Driver's License (typically Code B / Restriction 1, 2)
5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
At least 1 to 2 years of experience leading a crew, acting as a lead technician, or supervising site projects
Expert use of digital manifold gauges, multimeters, clamp meters, megohmmeters, and micron gauges
Physically fit to carry heavy equipment, work at heights or in tight spaces, and work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, or emergency call-outs
COSH Certificate is an advantage
