Job summary

MD HVAC (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment with a focus on VRF and water-cooled systems, while leading installation teams to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience, strong diagnostic skills, and NC2 certification. English communication is required, and you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Proficient in VRF and water-cooled systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
• NC2 Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with the Project in Charge to update on project status and resolve issues.
• Lead installation and maintenance of VRF and water-cooled systems.
• Lead a small team in installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Perform cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems for optimal performance.
• Perform basic electrical circuit work as needed for HVAC systems.
• Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as required.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Report issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.

About the role
