Job summary

Philippines HVAC Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician in Metro Manila to lead installation teams and manage VRF and water-cooled projects. The role covers installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time project completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of VRF and water-cooled systems, and NC2 certification.

Qualifications

At least a high school graduate or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in the service and repair of HVAC equipment specifically VRF and Chillers.
Proficient in the principles of VRF systems and water-cooled systems.
Ability to assess and diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
Experienced in handling general HVAC equipment and system failures.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to install and maintain air conditioning systems independently, and lead a small team.
Can speak and write English language.
NC2 Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
Coordinate effectively with the Project in Charge to update on project status and resolve any issues encountered during the project
Take responsibility for the installation and maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems and water cooler systems
Execution of installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Perform basic electrical circuit work as needed for HVAC systems
Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as required
Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests
Report any issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion
Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
