Job summary

MD HVAC (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment with a focus on VRF and water-cooled systems, while leading installation teams to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience, strong diagnostic skills, and NC2 certification. English communication is required, and you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in service and repair of HVAC equipment.
Proficient in VRF and water-cooled systems.
Ability to diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
NC2 Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
Coordinate with the Project in Charge to update on project status and resolve issues.
Lead installation and maintenance of VRF and water-cooled systems.
Lead a small team in installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
Perform cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems for optimal performance.
Perform basic electrical circuit work as needed for HVAC systems.
Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as required.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
Report issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
