You will lead demonstrations, prepare proposals, and coordinate with global product and strategy teams to capture market opportunities in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• M.Tech/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (required).
• 5+ years in Transformer/Cable/HV testing (required).
• Knowledge of IEC standards and protection systems (required).
• Experience in transformer test field, B2B sales, and tendering (preferred).
• Good communication and willingness to travel (essential).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and order intake in the assigned region.
• Manage key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Power Utilities, Transformer/Cable manufacturers, EPCs and testing labs.
• Prepare tenders, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Provide market insights to global product and strategy teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution, forecasting, and CRM updates.
