Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in PCB repair, electronics servicing, or instrument troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in component-level PCB repair and fault finding
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently in an in-house technical/service role

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair PCBs and faulty electronic components.
• Troubleshoot electronic instruments and provide remote technical support to customers.
• Handle and resolve customer technical queries related to instruments.
• Conduct testing and ensure final acceptance/confirmation of instruments after repair.
• Manage inward/outward movement, storage, and handling of instruments and materials.
• Maintain proper records of service, repairs, and material movement.
