Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement standard production/testing processes with supervisor collaboration.
• Develop or modify processes for repeatable, cost-effective manufacturing.
• Provide feedback on yield issues to supervisor.
• Meet daily production plan within cycle time and workload.
• Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
• Prepare test setup and protocols; maintain records.
• Assist in customer inspection activities and compliance with IEC/IEEE standards.

How you’ll make an impact

• We are looking for Testing Operator to join High Voltage GIS team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our high voltage product portfolio while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
• The candidate shall be able to demonstrate a strong Electrical fundamentals and hands-on experience of Testing of various components of GIS.
• The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Work closely with supervisor to implement standard production processes.
• Modify or develop new processes / methods for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Provide precise feedback to supervisor on Yield issues.
• Achieved daily production plan as per cycle time and allocated workload.
• Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
• Preparation of test setup, test protocols and maintaining records.
• Handling and supporting is customer inspection activities.
• Candidate should have IEC and IEEE standards.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• A Diploma in Electrical engineering with first class (above 60%)
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Candidate should have a Working knowledge of SAP
• Candidate should have Proficient in MS-Office
• Candidate should have a Strong problem-solving skills; VSM activity; Lean management
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
