Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Core HCM design and Oracle HCM Cloud optimization across global locations. You will collaborate with HRIS and People teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, and supporting core HR functions.

The role requires extensive Oracle HCM Cloud experience and a strong analytical mindset, with responsibilities spanning configuration, testing, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration. Hybrid work and regional office options apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field.
6–10 years Oracle HCM experience, incl. 2–4 years as HRIS Analyst in Oracle HCM Cloud focusing on Core HCM.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day end-user support for Oracle HCM Cloud across global locations.
Develop technical-functional designs to meet Core HCM requirements.
Configure the application based on HRIS standards to meet documented needs.
Support HRIS administration, troubleshoot problems, and perform scheduled activities.
Assist in improving operation support activities and HRIS integrations.
Support acquisitions, divestitures and other key HRIS projects.
Research quarterly Oracle releases and new functionality to enhance usage.
Develop test scenarios and document changes.
Learn integrations within the Enterprise Systems landscape.
Perform other duties as assigned.
