Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst specializing in Talent and Learn modules to join our global Financial Application Support Team. You will bridge technical and business needs, focusing on Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning initiatives across our global operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience as a BA/Functional Consultant supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning modules.
Experience with Dynamic Skills, skills frameworks, and career development is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related discipline.
Cloud certifications for Oracle Cloud Talent and Learning are a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with OTBI and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning modules (Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Review, Oracle Learning, Dynamic Skills).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable system solutions and requirements.
Coordinate testing phases, develop scripts, and perform regression testing.
Perform data analysis, validation, reporting, and visualization to support decisions.
Create and maintain process and system documentation and maps.
Support end-user training and stakeholder communication across units.
