Job summary

Citco Group of Companies in Makati is seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst specializing in Talent and Learning modules to enhance Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities. This strategic role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams to drive improvements in Talent Management and employee development.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of proven experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of various Oracle modules and tools. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to support and implement organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst across Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning modules.
• Experience implementing Dynamic Skills and related employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning modules.
• Support the development of the organization’s Talent Management framework.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into system solutions.
