Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking an Oracle HCM Specialist to own and optimize the full Oracle HCM stack across a multi-country regional environment, including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Journeys/Checklists.

You will configure, enhance, and support BAU activities, manage outbound integrations, BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, and identity management, while collaborating with regional HR teams across Southeast Asia and Europe. Hybrid working arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Journeys/Checklists in Oracle HCM.
• Experience payroll-related data in Oracle HCM and integration with third-party payroll/HR systems.
• Mass data management using Oracle data loading tools; familiarity with Oracle UI personalisation and Redwood UI.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules across entities.
• Deliver Oracle HCM enhancements and provide BAU support.
• Own Oracle HCM outbound integrations with third-party systems.
• Manage Oracle BI Publisher web services configurations and integration health.
• Administer Oracle identity domains including SSO and access audits.
• Develop Oracle HCM reports, manage data loads, and maintain Fast Formulas.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and document runbooks.
