Job summary

sm engineering design and development corp. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with business leaders, develop and implement HR strategies, and advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, learning and development, change management, and ensuring compliance with labor standards. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience, preferably in HRBP or Senior HR Generalist roles.
• Strong background in employee lifecycle, policy administration, and HR operations.
• Experience handling employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic HR support.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Analyze people metrics and recommend solutions to improve organizational performance.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
• Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) planning and execution.
• Identify training needs and build capability-building programs.
• Drive leadership development, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
