Job summary

HireBooth is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement across client teams in the Philippines. You will partner with leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable HR initiatives, manage HR operations, and guide employee relations with a focus on retention and culture.

Hybrid setup with in-office weeks in Metro Manila. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HRBP or related roles, strong communication, analytics, and a solid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably HRBP and client-facing roles.
• Strong background in employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
• Proficient with ZohoDesk, Google Workspace, KAMI, and HR reporting dashboards.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and client-facing HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, analysis, and HR analytics for clients.
• Oversee onboarding, new hire experience, and early engagement checks.
• Act as primary HR contact for employees and clients via ZohoDesk and email.
• Support HR operations, approvals, payroll concerns, and policy guidance.
• Drive engagement, performance cycles, rewards, and recognition programs.
