Job summary

Booth is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support client-facing HR operations in a hybrid setup with weekly in-office days in BGC or Makati. You will partner with client success managers, manage employee relations, rewards, and performance processes while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities include onboarding, policy updates, workforce analytics, engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, delivering trainings and steering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Business Partnering and client-facing HR roles.
• Strong background in employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR metrics and workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and clients by providing day-to-day HR support through ZohoDesk, email, and chat.
• Manage and coordinate employee and client requests, including overtime, reimbursements, payroll concerns, and HR inquiries.
• Process HR approvals in the absence of line managers, including leave requests, overtime, and employee commendations.
• Administer employee engagement initiatives, including satisfaction surveys, monthly catch-ups, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, coaching, engagement, and organizational health.
