Job summary

Marsh in Manila is seeking a Senior Talent & Transformation Consultant to drive assessments, leadership development, skills frameworks, and workforce transformation initiatives. You will partner with sales and Marsh teams to generate revenue, shape proposals, and guide engagements to deliver client value.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, risk management, and mentoring junior colleagues while enhancing Marsh’s HR and workforce capabilities in the Philippines.

Qualifications

More than 15 years of HR consulting across workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organizational development, and culture.
Strong problem-solving and solution-shaping abilities.
Able to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with adaptability.

Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts and build a sustainable pipeline.
Lead consulting engagements end-to-end to deliver client value.
Coach and mentor junior team members and play people-management roles.
Collaborate with regional colleagues and delivery resources.
Design and facilitate Marsh HR Academy workshops.
Elevate Marsh People - Workforce and Rewards brand in the market.
