Job summary

Mercer in Manila is seeking a talented professional to join the Career team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and will support expansion of existing and new business in Career through project delivery, networking, and prospecting for products and services.

You will collaborate with the Business Leader and Consulting Leader on rewards for Mercer clients and support sales activities, delivering rewards and performance management projects and advising on compensation survey

Responsibilities

• Deliver group presentations and help develop new opportunities by introducing services to clients to drive revenue
• Manage small to complex rewards and performance management projects, and support compensation survey management with recommendations for client responses and efficiency
• Manage sales targets by pursuing leads, managing opportunities, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, and leading meetings with clients
• Contribute 10%-15% to the Career revenue target

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will support the expansion of existing and new business in Career through the management and delivery of projects, networking, and prospecting for existing or new products/services, while ensuring that pipeline projects are closed. You will work closely with the Business Leader and Consulting Leader on the overall development and implementation of rewards for Mercer clients and support sales activities.

We will count on you to:

• Develop, manage, and deliver Rewards projects with support from the Business Leader, Consulting Leader, and technical experts in the region.


• Deliver group presentations and help develop new opportunities by introducing existing and prospective clients to other services and products to drive revenue.


• Manage small to complex rewards and performance management projects, and provide support for compensation survey management on technical aspects by delivering advice or recommendations to ensure effective client responses and project efficiency.


• Manage sales targets by pursuing sales leads, actively managing individual opportunities, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, and leading opportunity meetings with clients.


• Contribute 10%-15% to the Career revenue target.

• Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting (related to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework )


• Proven project management skills


• Advanced skills in Excel.


• Masterful communication skills that captivate and clarify, ensuring messages are both engaging and effectively delivered.
