Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines seeks an HR Delivery Manager to lead outsourced HR services for healthcare clients. You will own SLA/KPI governance, drive continuous improvement, and manage senior stakeholders in a matrix organization to ensure service quality and compliance.

You will partner with HR operations, technology, and analytics teams to optimize processes, control risk, and deliver a superior client experience while sustaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR service delivery within healthcare-focused environments.
• Mandatory healthcare-sector experience.
• Experience managing outsourced HR services or complex operational relationships with healthcare clients.
• Proven track record of managing SLAs, KPIs, governance, service reviews, and client escalations.
• Experience in forecasting, cost management, resource planning, productivity management, and capacity planning.
• Experience leading business process improvement and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor delivery of outsourced HR services in line with SLAs, KPIs, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead HR service delivery across administration, lifecycle processes, recruitment support, case management, and reporting.
• Manage work allocation, workload balancing, and resource utilization to ensure operational coverage.
• Conduct regular service reviews, governance meetings, and performance discussions with clients.
• Identify process inefficiencies and partner with technology/analytics teams to implement improvements.
• Provide direction and coaching to delivery teams within a matrix organization.
