Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to deliver HR BPO initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Payroll services. You will coordinate multiple initiatives, track progress, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid delivery environment.

You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes, manage risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year PM experience are expected.

• Minimum 1 year of basic to intermediate project management experience.
