Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Manager, People Solutions in the Philippines to lead enterprise-level HR transformation initiatives. You will shape a scalable HR operating model, leverage advanced technologies, and drive cultural change across the organization with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage a high-performing team, and ensure delivery of standardized HR processes that improve service delivery and employee experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience leading successful HR transformations in complex organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Change management certification is a plus.
• Experience implementing HR projects in the BPO industry is required.
