Job summary

TaskUs, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Lead, People Solutions to guide end-to-end process transformation across multiple geographies. You will empower teams, align people strategies with business priorities, and drive scalable, user-centric improvements.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, oversee tool configuration, and manage change adoption, training, and post-deployment support across functions.

Qualifications

• A problem solver with 3–5+ years of experience leading a team in process re-engineering.
• Strong focus on People Development and empowering teams to excel.
• Excellent skills in process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Proficient with process documentation tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Experience with HRIS or related systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process transformation across geographies and functions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resources, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee tool configuration.
• Guide change management, training, and adoption to sustain improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, metrics, and post-implementation reviews.
• Document policies, processes, and user requirements with clear governance.
