Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Manila seeks a Senior HR Technology Specialist to lead HCM system initiatives, including configuration, integrations, testing and issue resolution. You will drive system reliability and support global HR operations in a GBS environment.

The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform to optimize HR processes and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of information technology experience with 4+ years in RPA development using UiPath.
• Experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator and REFramework; attended/unattended bots.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; API/integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain UiPath RPA solutions.
• Build scalable automation frameworks aligned with best practices.
• Develop low-code apps and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Integrate automation with databases, APIs, cloud platforms and enterprise apps.
• Leverage AI tech to enhance automation capabilities (OCR/ML).
• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve production automation issues.
• Create and maintain technical/process documentation.
• Participate in design/code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Support governance, testing, deployment and lifecycle management.

Job Summary

The Senior HR Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting and leading Human Capital Management system initiatives, including system configuration, integrations, testing and issue resolution. Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role drives system reliability, supports cross-functional collaboration and ensures high-quality service delivery across global HR operations.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain robotic process automation solutions using UiPath

• Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks aligned with development best practices

• Develop low-code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate

• Integrate automation solutions with databases, application programming interfaces, cloud platforms and enterprise applications

• Leverage artificial intelligence technologies including intelligent document processing, optical character recognition and machine learning solutions to enhance automation capabilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and productivity

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and project partners to define solution requirements

• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve production automation issues to ensure reliability and performance

• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation and support materials

• Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support automation governance, testing, deployment and lifecycle management activities

What you bring

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of information technology experience

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing robotic process automation solutions using UiPath

• Experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework), attended bots and unattended bots

• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse

• Strong experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), database development, stored procedures and data analysis

• Experience integrating applications through application programming interfaces, web services and enterprise platforms

• Experience delivering artificial intelligence-enabled automation solutions

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, deployment processes and production support

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience working in collaborative cross-functional environments

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field required

Certifications Preferred

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) – UiPath preferred

• UiPath Certified Professional Associate (UiPA) – UiPath preferred

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) – Microsoft preferred

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) – Microsoft preferred

• Experience with UiPath AI Center

• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding

• Experience with UiPath Process Mining

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence Services

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies

• Knowledge of machine learning and generative artificial intelligence integrations
