2GO Group in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Senior Specialist to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned business units, championing speed, quality, candidate experience, and our employer brand.

You will partner with hiring managers, own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding, design strategic sourcing, promote our EVP on professional networks, and maintain a transparent candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HRM, or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in logistics or service-based industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand hiring needs and strategic goals.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment from intake, interviews to offer and onboarding.
• Determine and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, social media, and direct headhunting.
• Promote employer brand and EVP through candidate interactions and professional platforms.
• Design a transparent, responsive candidate journey and elevate our market reputation.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and provide market insights.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency.
