Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking an HR Senior Specialist to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned Business Units, championing speed, quality, candidate experience and our EVP.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, craft strategic sourcing plans, and manage from intake through onboarding while promoting the 2GO employer brand across networks. Strong stakeholder management and hands-on ATS experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HRM, BA, or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Units to understand hiring needs and strategic goals.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment from intake to onboarding.
• Determine and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, social media, and headhunting.
• Promote employer brand and EVP on platforms and events.
• Design a transparent candidate journey to enhance brand reputation.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and market insights.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize efficiency with the ATS.
