As an HR Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end talent acquisition of assigned Business Units, while championing speed, talent quality, candidate experience, and brand reputation.
What You’ll Do
- Business Unit Partnership: Act as the primary talent acquisition partner for assigned Business Units, deeply understanding their hiring needs, team dynamics, and strategic goals, and the talent landscape of their industry.
- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding preparation.
- Strategic Sourcing: Determine and execute highly effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific role requirements, utilizing advanced job board sourcing, professional networks, social media, and direct headhunting. Understand talent market developments and movements in the industry, demand and supply of talents in the industry.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a compelling employer brand and communicating our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through daily candidate interactions and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Represent 2GO in industry networking and benchmarking occasions and conferences.
- Elevated Candidate Experience: Design and maintain a transparent, responsive, and respectful candidate journey that connects talents to our brand and elevates our reputation in the market, regardless of the hiring outcome.
- Hiring Manager Advisory: Coach and align with hiring managers on interviewing best practices and market insights to ensure an exceptional interview experience for all applicants. Establish strong communication channels with hiring managers and ensure rapid feedback loops.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics via the Recruitment and Applicant Tracking (applicable module in the HCM) system to continuously optimize operational efficiency.
You’ll thrive in this role if you
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries.
- Demonstrated success in lowering time-to-hire metrics while maintaining high-quality retention rates.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job boards, and social media recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with HCM systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Workday, DarwinBox, Taleo) and advanced sourcing tools.
