Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Project Recruitment Lead for a 6‑month engagement in the Philippines (Metro Manila). The role delivers end‑to‑end recruitment, ensures targets are met, and promotes 2GO’s employer brand while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition across locations, develop sourcing strategies, and guide recruitment teams to ensure compliant, timely hires for logistic and service roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2+ years in supervisory or team lead roles.
• Experience recruiting across logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job boards, and social media recruiting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the country.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment on a 6 month project, delivering hiring targets on time and in compliance with 2GO processes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams across locations to ensure consistent practices.
• Guide recruitment assistants or coordinators as needed.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, campus recruitment, fairs, and referrals.
• Build a robust candidate pipeline for both critical and volume roles.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with policies, laws, and data privacy, maintaining records and reports.
• Promote 2GO as an employer of choice through campaigns and events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
