Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 5+ years' experience in HR operations, shared services, or onboarding support.
• Experience with HRIS and data management in HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and audits.
• Coordinate pre-employment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and payroll-related questions.
• Support HR projects, SOPs, and process improvements across teams.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to resolve issues.
