Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking an HR Services Associate to manage pre- and post-hire activities, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, answer employee questions, and ensure timely resolution of issues. You will work with HR systems such as Workday and Oracle, maintain accurate personnel records, and uphold privacy and compliance standards across the organization.

This midshift, mostly onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree and about two years of relevant experience in Shared Services or BPO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and willingness to work midshift.
• 2 years of HR shared services/BPO experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems (Oracle, Workday).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre and post hire activities and resolve employee queries.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect employee data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and onshore partners to answer inquiries.
• Ensure service levels and HR policies are followed.
