Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Pasig is seeking a System Administrator (HR Desk) with mid to senior level experience to manage HRSD configurations and integrations. The role requires strong ServiceNow skills, JavaScript proficiency, and a focus on secure, scalable deployments.

You will translate HR requirements into stable configurations, develop catalogs, and collaborate with ITD to ensure upgradeable, well-governed HRSD solutions across environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience building and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) preferred or equivalent ITSM/CSM experience.
• CSA certification is required; CIS-HRSD or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain service catalog items, record producers, and workflows using advanced scripting.
• Configure HRSD components, including Lifecycle Events and user criteria.
• Manage ACLs, data policies, and security settings for privacy and visibility.
• Review change requests for feasibility and use out-of-the-box functionality where possible.
• Create reports and dashboards for HRSD metrics.
• Maintain a clean, scalable codebase and document custom developments.
• Refine service catalogs and document management; ensure integration with ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Collaborate with ITD to evaluate changes and maintain core architecture.
• Manage deployment across Dev/Test/Prod environments with migrations and testing.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders on development and performance.
• Perform any other tasks within scope as needed.
