Job summary

Careernet is seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery System Administrator for an onsite role in Pasig, Philippines. You will translate HR requirements into stable ServiceNow configurations, ensuring system stability and efficient operations.

You will build catalogs, workflows, and integrations, manage access controls, and support upgrades with governance. Strong English communication and CSA/CIS-HRSD certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is preferred or equivalent technical experience in ITSM/CSM.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain service catalog items, record producers, and workflows using advanced scripting to meet requirements.
• Configure HRSD components, including Lifecycle Events and user criteria for stable configurations.
• Manage ACLs, data policies, and security settings to protect data and control visibility.
• Review change requests, prioritize out-of-the-box functionality for upgradeability and maintainability.
• Create and generate reports and dashboards for HRSD operations.
• Document all custom developments for ITD support and governance.
• Refine service catalogs and doc mgmt structures; ensure smooth integration with ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Collaborate with ITD to assess changes and maintain core architecture.
• Manage deployment lifecycles with Update Sets and automated tests across environments.
• Provide progress and performance updates to stakeholders.
• Other tasks within the scope of work as assigned.
