Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for global operations. You will build scalable workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements with ITSM and automation expertise.

Collaborating with international IT teams, you will ensure reliable performance, maintain CMDB data structures, and produce technical documentation and training materials for cross-functional users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, admin and support.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, BRs, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Understanding ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP and related tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow apps, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and maintain platform components: BRs, client scripts, UI policies, workflows.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage the CMDB and related data structures.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and stakeholders.
• Create technical docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and automation.
