Job summary

UNITED MEDICARE PTE LTD is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager (Human Capital Management) based in Toa Payoh Central Region, Singapore, for a full-time role to lead manpower strategies, recruitment and onboarding efforts, and HR policy alignment.

You will partner with senior management, optimize HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance, manage HRIS and leverage AI to enhance workforce planning and efficiency. This position advances our healthcare services agenda and supports strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in human capital management and operations; healthcare/services background preferred.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles.
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manpower strategies, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Identify manpower needs with department managers and set manpower budgets.
• Review and enhance job grade structures and salary scales for external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Review HR policies and procedures to meet business needs, audit standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and continuously improve HR processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address human capital challenges.
• Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
