Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an HR/Payroll professional to resolve Tier 1 queries and support complex resolutions. You will maintain Workday employee data, including promotions, transfers, and contract changes, while ensuring adherence to KPIs and service standards.

This on-site role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a degree in HR, and familiarity with HR ERP systems. You will collaborate with the HR/Payroll teams and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting HR processes (US & Canada).
• Experience with Workday HR system or similar HR ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 HR/Payroll queries and support resolution of complex queries.
• Maintain data in Workday pertaining to employee lifecycle (promotions, transfers, contract changes).
• Demonstrate high proficiency in HR/Payroll processes and SOPs; resolve complex queries.
• Communicate processes and policies to employees to resolve issues.
• Adhere to KPIs, SLAs and customer service standards.
• Own deliverables in absence of Team Lead; assist with knowledge base.
