Job summary

JLL in Taguig is seeking an HR/Payroll Support professional to resolve Tier 1 queries and maintain HR processes within Workday. You will handle routine changes such as promotions, transfers, and contract extensions while adhering to KPIs and service standards. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with HR partners.

On-site position in Taguig, Philippines, with exposure to US & Canada HR processes and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of HR management practices, processes & procedures.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Workday HR or similar HR ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 HR/Payroll queries and assist with more complex cases.
• Maintain employee lifecycle data in Workday (Promotions, Transfers, Contracts, etc.).
• Adhere to KPIs, SLAs and customer service standards.
• Support knowledge base development for Case Management.
• Escalate complex queries and contribute to process improvements.
