Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. in Cebu City seeks an HR Officer to drive people strategies, partner with business leaders, and deliver end-to-end HR support across talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.

You will manage manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and development programs while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of HR business partnering experience; willingness to be based in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum three years of HR business partnering and account management experience.
• Experience in talent management, employee engagement, relations, performance management, and labor standards.
• Experience in operations-driven environments (retail, food service, hospitality, manufacturing) is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units with guidance on people-related concerns and HR solutions.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and talent sourcing to address workforce needs.
• Facilitate employee relations, disciplinary case management, and labor-related concerns while ensuring policy compliance.
• Drive organizational development initiatives including structure reviews and productivity improvements.
• Administer performance management processes, competency assessments, and employee development programs.
• Coordinate with Shared Services and Corporate HR teams to resolve employee concerns and manage HR transactions.
