Job summary

ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and drive compliance with local employment laws. The role is onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong, focusing on employee relations, compensation and benefits, and policy development.

You will prepare HR reports, manage escalated issues, and support all HR inquiries while upholding confidentiality and a professional client-focused approach. A strong leader with excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as an HR Manager or Assistant manager.
• Excellent knowledge of local employment laws.
• Strong people and organizational management skills.
• Leader in customer service and professional approach to clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• High confidentiality, tact and discretion with people.
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manages the whole HR team including Employee and Labor Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
• Generates and prepares HR-related reports.
• Submits reports to the appropriate authorities (DOLE).
• Leads development of HR Memos on tardiness, absences and violations.
• Handles escalated and sensitive violations as main point of contact.
• Ensures daily administration of policies related to labor relations.
• Supports development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manages resignation/termination procedures and potential legal matters.
• Supports internal and external HR inquiries and admin requests.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Ensures HR functions run smoothly to meet employee and company needs.
• Partners with other departments for HR interventions.
• Provides coaching sessions and development plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
