Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as HR Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws.
• Excellent people and organizational management.
• Customer-service oriented and professional.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR team including employee relations and compensation.
• Generate and prepare HR reports.
• Submit reports to DOLE as required.
• Lead HR memos on misconduct and disciplinary actions.
• Be main contact for escalated violations.
• Ensure daily HR policies and labor relations administration.
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
• Manage resignations, terminations, and potential legal matters.
• Support internal and external HR/Admin inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Ensure HR functions run smoothly meeting employee and company needs.
• Partner with other departments.
• Provide coaching sessions and development plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manages the whole HR team composed of Employee and Labor Relations, and Compensation and Benefits
• Generates and prepares HR-related reports
• Prepares and submits reports to DOLE, as required
• Leads the preparation of HR Memos on tardiness, absences and other violations. (NTEs, Warnings, discussion of Code of Conduct,)
• Main Point of contact for escalated and sensitive violations
• Ensures that daily administration of general policies and programs connected to labor relations are observed
• Assists in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
• Manages resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing lawsuits against the employer
• Supports all internal and external HR-related and Admin inquiries or requests
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Ensure that the organization's HR functions run smoothly, effectively supporting the needs of both employees and the company
• Partners with other departments where HR intervention and participation are required
• Provides coaching sessions and developmental action plans for the members
• Performs other duties as assigned by the company

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as an HR Manager or Assistant manager
• Excellent knowledge of local employment laws.
• Strong people and organizational management skills.
• Leader in customer service, professional approach to internal and external clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.
• High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
• Computer Literate in MS Office Applications.
• Familiar with any HRIS
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI and MANDALUYONG
• Amenable working night shifts
