Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, partners with a leading telecommunications company in their search for a Senior HR Specialist – Training & Organizational Development based in BGC.

The role drives key people initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement, partnering with business leaders to implement programs across recruitment, learning, organizational development, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across recruitment, L&D, OD, engagement or performance management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, training administration, and organizational development best practices.
• Proficient in Visayan/Mindanaoan dialects is an asset.
• Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and data interpretation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition & onboarding end-to-end.
• Develop annual learning & development plans.
• Coordinate training schedules and evaluations.
• Support career development and leadership initiatives.
• Assist performance management and goal setting.
• Administer HR data, LMS, and reporting dashboards.
