Job summary

IAN SMART ENERGY CORP is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations at our Manila sites. You will drive payroll, benefits, and leave processes while ensuring compliance with Philippine laws.

You will implement engagement programs, maintain confidential HR records, support policy development, and liaise with government agencies and service providers to support workforce planning and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and compliance.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR generalist support across relations, performance, training.
• Handle employee inquiries with timely resolution.
• Maintain confidential HR records and docs.
• Support HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with government agencies and third-party providers.
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Assist with performance evaluations and development conversations.
