Job summary

SM Store Philippines seeks a Manager, HR Business Partner to collaborate with branch leaders to plan and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. You will build partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-adding services and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities include advising on HR plans, ensuring branch staffing and resources, coaching managers on performance management, executing HR systems and compensation activities, and supporting engagement and wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced study in HR Management is an advantage.
