Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks an HR Benefits Specialist to join the Human Resources team at our Bonifacio Global City office in Taguig City, Metro Manila. You will develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

The role supports employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement by delivering clear benefits communication, managing enrolments and changes, and collaborating with external providers. Strong PH labour law knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in employee benefits administration or HR benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in benefits administration software and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear and accessible manner.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple data sets and generate meaningful insights.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all employee benefits programmes, including enrolling in SSS, Philhealth & Pag-Ibig
• Develop and implement benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent whilst remaining cost-effective
• Communicate benefits information clearly to employees through various channels, including presentations, webinars, and written materials
• Process benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Liaise with external benefits providers and insurance companies to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery
• Monitor and analyse benefits utilisation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and statutory requirements
• Support the development of competitive remuneration packages aligned with market benchmarking and company budget constraints
