Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Benefits Lead to drive the strategic leadership, governance, design, and delivery of employee benefits programs across retirement, HMO, life and accident insurance, time-off, allowances, and wellness initiatives.

The role oversees policy governance, vendor management, and employee experience, reporting to the Total Rewards Lead for The Philippines, with two direct reports in Manila.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation & Benefits, HR Consulting, Insurance, or Employee Benefits management.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, taxation, social insurance, and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits strategy, governance, and policy management.
• Oversee vendor, broker, and contract management.
• Manage benefits-related risk and financial performance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, and business stakeholders to drive transformation.
